Kigu is Short for Kigurumi. What is a Kigurumi?
According to Wikipedia "Kigurumi (着ぐるみ) is the Japanese name for costumed performers who represent cartoon characters, often animals. The name comes from the Japanese verb kiru (着る to wear) and noun nuigurumi (ぬいぐるみ stuffed toy)."
For me they are cozy and fun to wear- especially towards the end of a long day running around con ^.^
For Detailed photos of some of the kigus I have made head over to "Sewing Cafe".
Kigurumi's are also available for custom order- so pick your animal (fantasy or reality) and let me know!
